Head Fitness Coach Role

The Jason Floyd Golf Academy is looking for a Head Fitness coach to head up the KinetiX fitness team.

The academy works with 60 full time international Junior golf students who are based in the South of Spain in a specialized Golf and Education program. TheAcademy team is multi-faceted, working on all aspects of the Mental, Physical and Technical areas of the game.

The academy is seeking a highly motivated individual with Golf specific physical coaching experience and embraces a holistic approach to developing the golfing athlete.

The Jason Floyd Golf Academy is looking for a Head Fitness coach to lead the KinetiX fitness team. This is our athletic development program for elite junior golfers. It is a key leadership role focused on building strong, resilient, high-performing athletes within a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and deliver our strength & conditioning program
• Design individualized training plans for athletes
• Oversee movement screening, injury prevention, and athletes as they return-to-play
• Integrate golf-specific training (mobility, stability, strength, power and rotation)
• Manage training team and collaborate with golf coaches and performance staff
• Monitor workload, recovery, and athlete readiness
• Help shape a strong, accountable training culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a similar academic pathway
• S&C certification (TPI, CSCS, UKSCA, EXOS, or equivalent)
• A sporting background and a sports training background or interest (golf or rotational sports preferred)
• Strong understanding of youth development and high performance
• High energy, organized, well-spoken natural leader
