Through The Triple A Elite Golf & Education programme, students receive training from our expert team of coaches, utilising the latest state-of-the-art golfing technology such as TrackMan, V1 HD Pro and Smart2Move Force Plates.

These advanced tools provide precise and measurable data, enabling the team to provide a bespoke golf programme for each individual.

KINETIX

In addition to the golf coaching, the KinetiX Physical Strength and Conditioning Centre is an integral part of the holistic approach at the Jason Floyd Golf Academy. Cultivating well-rounded athletes who excel in both their physical abilities and golf skills to make an athlete first, golfer second.

KinetiX is dedicated to enhancing athletic development in junior golf students through a comprehensive focus on five key areas: mobility, stability, strength, ballistic, and rotational speed.

The centre’s expert coaches are highly trained in the specific needs of golfers and understand the importance of optimising mobility for an efficient swing. Students undergo targeted mobility exercises that improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall body movement. This allows them to achieve better body positioning and control throughout their golf swings, leading to improved consistency and accuracy.
