The new academic season has officially begun, and what better way to launch it than with the Triple A European Masters? Right on the doorstep of the Jason Floyd Golf Academy, the prestigious Triple A World Junior Golf Series teed off at the stunning San Roque Golf & Resort, setting the stage for another thrilling year of junior golf.

This morning, 48 talented players took to the course, each chasing the dream of lifting the trophy across three categories: U21 Boys, U21 Girls, and U15 Mixed.

As is often the case in late September, the weather kept everyone on their toes—mild but unpredictable, adding an extra layer of challenge and testing the players’ adaptability.

In the U21 Boys category, one player has already made his mark. Alessio Brunella, building on the momentum of a busy and successful summer, leads the field after posting a steady even-par round.

The U21 Girls category brought its own moment of celebration. Maria Kristenko, who turned 16 today, marked her birthday in style by taking the lead with a score of 74. Close behind are Siria Ballini with 78 and Sophie Jordan with 83, setting the stage for a tight contest in the days ahead.

With two rounds still to play, the competition remains wide open. The fast-changing conditions along the Costa del Sol promise plenty of drama, surprises, and standout performances before the champions are crowned.

A big thank-you goes to Marcos Moreno, our tournament photography partner throughout the season. Today, Marcos captured the excitement as players stepped onto the first tee. You can explore the full gallery of photos https://photos.app.goo.gl/pWdTxQU13GuCmaAk7 .
