The final round of the Triple A World Final at the San Roque Club Old Course delivered a memorable conclusion to the 25/26 season. Battling through windy and rainy conditions, players faced challenges and tough tests but it set the stage for a dramatic final.

U21 Boys – Late Charge Forces Playoff Drama
Thaddeus Huainigg and Alexander Zyla finished tied at +3 after three rounds, setting up a one-hole playoff to decide the champion.
Huainigg (71, 78, 70) showed incredible composure on the final day, carding a 70 with consistent scoring of 35 on both the front and back nine. Zyla (73, 76, 70) matched that final round, producing six birdies and a strong 2 under front nine to stay in the lead for most of the day.
But the turning point came late. Starting the final three holes three shots behind, Huainigg produced a remarkable finish: three birdies in a row to force his way into a playoff. A six time Triple A winner, he showed his experience and determination to give himself one last chance to end his Triple A journey on a high before heading to Keiser University.
The Playoff
Both players found strong positions off the tee in the playoff, on Hole 1, a Par 5. Huainigg’s approach shot left him within 25 feet for an eagle, while Zyla’s approach found the bunker. After a solid recovery, Zyla gave himself a 15 foot birdie putt. Huainigg calmly rolled his eagle putt to within 3 feet, applying immense pressure. Zyla narrowly missed his birdie attempt, settling for par, while Huainigg confidently converted his fourth consecutive birdie to secure the win.
